The 3D dicer plays a crucial role in the production process of meat products. Its core function is to accurately cut the meat chunks and fats in the raw materials into the size of diced meat that customers need. The special feature of this machine is that by adjusting the size of the blade, users can easily cut products of different shapes, such as shredded meat, sliced meat, or diced meat, to meet diverse production needs.

The operation mechanism of the cutting machine mainly relies on two key actions. Firstly, there is the pushing motion, which uses a push rod to smoothly and accurately push the meat placed in the cutting groove towards the blade area. Subsequently, the cutting motion began to take effect, and the blade quickly and accurately cut the meat, transforming it into the desired size of diced meat. The collaborative work of these two actions ensures the efficiency, accuracy, and reliability of the cutting machine.

The meat dicing cutter is in compact structure. It adopts the use of optimized sanitary design. Both of the machine casing, the cutting knife paling are made of stainless steel. Cutting knife adopts the use of double-edge cutting which enables the machine high efficiency. The minimum size of the meat cube is 5mm and the maximum is 30mm.  

The 350 and 550 frozen meat dicers are efficient food processing equipment designed specifically for processing boneless meat, root vegetables, soy products, and egg products.
